At it's meeting on October 7, 2009, the CARA Board of Directors elected the Board Officers and the membership of the full Board of Directors. The CARA Board consists of eighteen (18) Directors-at-Large and one (1) member representative from each facility organization at the CARA Complex; Officers are chosen from among the full Board.
